My yoga journey began in the fall of 2016 when I attended my first yoga class. From that moment, I was intrigued and wanted to try more yoga. When I stepped foot in the hot studio for my first hot yoga experience in January 2017, I felt a connection to the studio and the community and signed up for a class every day that week.
Fast forward many months and as my practice deepened, so did my will to teach. I took a leap and signed up to train under MI Hot Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training program in the Fall of 2018. As a teacher, I focus on guiding yoga for all people, regardless of their skill level or experience and encourage all yogis to come move with me!
